Great Support System For Travel Agents

Their team was so friendly - they were able to help with my questions regarding our contract quickly! I have not yet used any feature but am happy that there are plans for this soon as well :) Definitely will be signing up again once we receive these new services!! It's hard being away from family because you could ask just about anything via Live Chat within minutes :). Nothing at all really... If anyone has never received training or been assisted then definitely check them out first before moving forward otherwise some people think its expensive when others offer free assistance/training which makes no sense if someone needs real support (we do!). We needed software designed specifically tailored towards travel agents /amp; hotels booking business where guests would only need ONE login & password while traveling internationally throughout Europe etc.. This program helped us solve many logins required across numerous sites such hotel websites, airline tickets website among other things allowing me great satisfaction knowing everything can now take place online rather than having separate passwords everywhere. I like that you can have multiple locations with different rules for each location. It's very easy to set up and use. They do not offer any training for this software. Some things are confusing when setting up the initial accounts. You will need some technical knowledge to be able to figure this out. We needed a way to have separate rules at our office building and our main office. This helped us with this issue.
