Review on Victorinox Swiss Classic 4 Piece Utility by Randi Heleotes

It's time to replace the cheap knives I've had for years so I've chosen Revain. Given the price and reviews, I decided to try these knives. The knives did not come in the standard clamshell that you see in stores. Each knife was individually wrapped and placed in a standard padded postal envelope. I think this keeps the price of these wonderful knives down. The knives are so sharp it's scary. Whether it's root vegetables, berries or meat, these are the best serrated knives I've ever owned. If I know someone who is moving to a new place or going to college I would give them away but put them in a much nicer box and include tissue paper. Knives are a great addition to my kitchen.
