Product received was not the product advertised

I received regular pet paint in Bissell Blue. I did not get the 2x small green formula. I emailed the seller and was told I would have to return it and my refund would be minus the shipping cost. I don't feel like I have to pay for shipping the wrong product. Small green description: 79B9-2. Features: - Green formula. - Removes stains, spills and stains. - Safely cleans carpets and waterproof fabrics. - EPA design for environmental certification. Capacity: 24 ounces. Made in the USA. Dimensions: Dimensions: 3.5"H x 6.75"W x 2.5" Description D.Bissell Reg Pet and Stain Portable BISSELL 2X Ultra-Concentrated Pet Stain and Dodor Formula, 74R7 is what I have. Bad customer service too.
