What worries me the most is lazy and sloppy packaging. The box that contains the screws has spacers to keep the screws in their slots (as shown in the picture). In my package, all dividers were neatly folded in the corner. All screws were simply thrown into the central compartment without partitions. Otherwise I had 1 big screw that was quite bent but everything else is fine. They seem solid enough without stripping.
