Picked this up on the introductory pricing even though it had a lot of positive reviews already. I figured for the cost I could not build my own for this price and I needed a kit to put on farm machinery and off road equipment.I am slightly concerned with the origin of the contents as far as the "sterile" goes but everything is laid out nice in the bag, and sealed about the same as American supplies. The tweezers appear to be good quality.I love the fact that it came with a splint Much smaller splint than the ones I usually have but it has a spot for one and thats a big deal. I had a hard time getting one in a different kit I picked up here.When one of us get hurt enough for a first aid kit. there's never enough bandages in any of these to treat So. the sterility of things is not a deal breaker.I should order another Turniquet to put in there. I did not see any coban either, it may be in there, but a little for the splint would be nice.The little kit inside is kind of nice and the break away velcro on the main pouch is strong. I'm pretty sure if I attatched this to Molle webbing I'm probably going to pick up what ever is attatched and thats a good thing.
