Ignore the ridiculous review that Jane the housewife left. This couldn't be further from the truth. I have no doubt that using a commercial car was difficult for them, but it is indeed a commercial car. Unless you are in the flooring industry you really have no reason to buy this. If so, it works as advertised and is very cheap compared to other devices. For under $1500 you really can't go wrong with this machine, I've used it with no problems as described in another review for 2 years. The difference is I know what I'm doing and I use this thing at least once a day. If you're just trying to clean the floors in your house, you should go to Target or Home Depot and buy something made for your home. If you are a contractor looking for a small scrubber, I highly recommend you give it a try.
