Luckily I just got back from the gym and now have a drink as a post workout drink. I've been taking this protein as a recovery drink lately and for the most part I'll say it's very competent. The claim of not having bloating is indeed true. I find it very easy on my stomach and I'm one of those people who can occasionally get bloated due to my diet. Sure, protein shakes tend to be a bit heavy, but this one doesn't fit that category at all. It mixes well and I use 2 scoops with ice and water blended in my Ninja blender. I never try to stir them with a spoon as I find grinding in a blender always comes in handy. So I can't tell how it mixes with a spoon and water. 20 grams of protein is a decent amount and as recommended I also take it with BCAA supplements. I have found this combination to work very well and pair well with a recovery drink. Lately I've noticed a decent increase in muscle mass. It's not just because of the drinking, of course, you have to work out in the gym and I definitely do that. It doesn't taste healthy. Tastes like beaten egg whites to me. When there is vanilla flavor, it is so mild it is almost indistinguishable. Other than that, it's not daunting or anything, but it's definitely not the tastiest protein I've tried. However, it is of good quality and I definitely liked it in terms of the results. I would recommend trying it.
