I love painting my nails at home but hate soaking my fingers in acetone to remove acrylic. I was hoping these videos would make me more mobile and maybe speed up the process. Happy to report that the clamps work great! I use cotton balls that have been cut in half and soaked in acetone. While acetone can leak, I've found this to be user error. You don't have to soak the cotton too much for it to work. I can apply all 10 staples with minimal effort, although I prefer to do 5 staples at a time to free up one hand. I have large hands with long thin fingers and the clips are perfect for all ten fingertips. Soaking nails does take some time though (up to 30 minutes), but I've found soaking in a cup of acetone takes almost as long. Give the staples enough time and the nails will come out clean/easy with a lot less effort. They're made out of thick plastic and have strong springs that feel pretty solid. So no complaints about the quality, especially at the $6.00 price tag. Pretty stupid request but I wish you could get the purple set with same day delivery too. Overall a 5 star product!
