I have researched a lot about comparable models. I wanted something to whip the egg whites. I understand why people love this thing. It beats egg whites superbly in under two minutes. It's a pleasure to use, clean and store in a desk drawer. It looks good and is easy to use. According to Proverbs 31, your kitchen utensils are your "servants." Get good! They worked great in a jar with protein powder, milk, and cocoa mix. I don't know foam, haven't tried it yet.
