Review on Thermaltake Tempered Computer Pre Installed CA 1H8 00M1WN 01 by Brandon Reid

This was the first time I have bought my own aftermarket case despite having been building computers for almost 25 years. This case is large (like I wanted) with enough space for all your components and cables. There's a nice cable area on the back that looks neat. Aesthetics: The RGB fans are pre-installed and very good - smooth and quiet. Was pretty easy to set up. with the hub that comes with the kit. The glass sides are of high quality, and the screw is on the back rather than directly through the glass, making it easy to remove the case and screw it on without pressing your fingers against the glass and soiling it. The fans on the Riing 14 look very cool, I have a breathing effect and they are clearly visible through the front of the case. Sometimes I just sit and admire the opportunity. You will definitely want to use full RGB to get the most out of it. An added bonus was that the B450's Mystic Lighting feature allows motherboard light to be seen through the glass case's second window. Feature: I use a wireless headset so the USB ports on top are great because before my only option was to leave my key hanging in the front and wait for someone to kick and break it. Now he's pointing up instead, so the worry is gone. Buttons and connectors are durable and of high quality. Installing the motherboard (I chose the B450 Tomahawk) was a breeze. All of the mainboard's holes and screws fit the board without any problems. 3-bay SSD holders simplify and speed up SSD installation. Watch out for cable routing in this case - you have plenty of room for cable routing (about 2 inches). There is a nice magnetic shield on top of the case that can also house a few more fans. If I had to list all the negatives I can only name two: 1) The case can be quite heavy - it's big with tempered glass. This isn't a negative for me as I don't move it often, but if you need something portable this isn't it. 2) The RGB controller that comes with the fans is manual, which means you have to open the case to press the buttons to change the lighting effects. I'm keeping mine on the breath effect, but if you're someone who likes to change up lighting effects a lot, be aware that this is a limitation. All in all I am very happy with this purchase!
