A very good product at a reasonable price.
I have no problems with the product, it's simple and does exactly what it's supposed to do but the warranty back-up sucks. I just installed one that I bought about 6-7 months ago (I had it on my shelf) and it is defective. Now even though I just installed it there is no guarantee it was an extra device. It doesn't seem right to me. The warranty should start from the date of installation, not the date of purchase.
