This is my first negative review in my life. I bought a brand new computer this way and the keys stuck for 4 months. Had it looked at by a computer mechanic (whom I used before). He told me it was defective and should be sent back to Dell. This computer had many reviews with the same defect. The warranty runs until July and they don't cover it, very disappointed. I am a Registered Nurse and bought this computer to allow my daughter to work remotely during Covid. Worst service, I'm glad my life is not in their hands
