Wüsthof knives make a big difference
I've tried many different knives and got frustrated when I tried to use an inferior knife for cooking in the kitchen. After trying Wüsthof, I didn't use any other knife of my choice. They make the prep work pleasant and easy. This bread knife is particularly good. No more mashed breads trying to cut them. The knife begins to cut as soon as it is placed on the loaf, even on hard crust bread. I can't say enough good things about these knives and this one in particular.
