Review on ChurchWorks by Sam Doucette

I like that it has everything you need to manage your church in one place. The staff is very helpful when training or solving problems. It's not easy to use but if you have someone who knows how to navigate through it then it can be done. There are some features of this software we wish were easier to access such as being able to create custom reports easily. We've been using their services since they started back in 2007 so there isn't much at stake for us if something goes wrong. They do great work! Their customer service was outstanding right from day 1. From our first meeting with them we knew that they had what we needed to run an efficient church. Our website crashed about once per month which caused problems getting people into our events. After several months of working together we fixed those issues and now things seem smooth sailing again. All our financials, attendance and other data are stored in one spot making life simple.
