Fits perfectly but wiper broken

I drive a 2016 Subaru Outback. I took them based on the positive reviews. Installation was doable after watching some YouTube videos. However, when I tested them, the driver's side wiper was ineffective. Will have to replace them with better ones. However, this problem ONLY occurs with a wiper. The other two (passenger side and rear) work great. So I'm a little torn. In general, the package arrived on time, with instructions and everything else. I must have gotten a broken one.
