Review on ☕ Apexstone Coffee Scale with Timer: Precise Brewing Companion for Pour Over and Espresso by Jessica Morris

I bought this to use with a Chemex beaker. I needed a scale that would accurately measure coffee beans. It has a tare function where you first place a container on the scale, in my case a small plastic bowl, and then add what you are measuring, in my case coffee beans, and you only get the weight of the beans. I've also used it for recipes where ingredients are listed by weight rather than volume. Which is annoying as a US consumer, but now that I have a scale I can easily make these recipes. The scale gives you a choice of metric or US units - ounces and pounds, ml and mg etc. They are very well made and come with a removable rubber mat and plastic cover which is of course also removable. covering the whole scale.
