My refrigerator now works like new. The freezer side was icy, the fridge side was warm, and in the end neither side worked. I called the repair company and they wanted $85 for a service call plus parts, $85 for an hourly rate if I decide to have it fixed, or $85 just to let me know my refrigerator isn't working when I have them not repair. Ordered a part from Revain, cut the old wires, hooked up a new deicer and it's been running like a champ ever since.
