He is quite large. I wish there was a 1" or even 1-1/2" option for this nozzle. So the caveat is to make sure your router can drive in far enough for the stock to hit the jig or guide you're using for fencing. I can't say anything about durability because I've only cut the bows into four pieces of oak so far. Please note that this will not save you from grinding.
