Fast is an understatement

The fastest USB 3 I've ever tried. I have $25 entry-level PCI-E cards, $50 mid-range cards, and now this $100 RocketU 1142A. If you need high data transfer speed, you should buy a PCI-e card. Both my external Seagate USB 3.0 2TB drive connected to the rear port and the Atech Flash Pro card reader connected to the internal 19-pin USB 3 port are faster than I've ever been have experienced.
