Review on πŸ›©οΈ Fly High with Jetfire Airplanes Guillows Bullseye Biplane by Kevin Bucher

Revainrating 5 out of 5

As funny as you remember. For you that is.

Who remembers buying these planes at the drugstore and then taking them home to see just how far they can fly? I do. And I was a master at figuring out how to set up the wings so the planes would fly far, rather than loop-de-loop or stall or whatever. On a nice summer day this could keep me busy for several hours until something broke and I had to either buy a new plane or figure out how to fix the broken part with the leftover balsa wood scraps from the kit. My kids had fun for exactly five minutes. To give you an idea, let's just say that my boys love having their iPads nearby to deal with the boredom that reigns between Fortnite games. So yeah, to hell with the kids. They don't know what's good for them. After they destroyed the planes I built for them and stomped off to find the closest thing that could quell their boredom for a few minutes, I enjoyed my own walk down memory lane. Don't forget to push the wings back, as this is the key to long, level flight across the yard. With Independence Day approaching in the US, you might be tempted to strap on a bottle rocket. Check local regulations before doing this.
