I loved this laptop desk as my husband and I often use the Surface Pro for work from home. The lap table seems to be of good quality and I like the multiple adjustment options. Make sure you are a short person though as it is not very wide. I'm 5ft 7in and 145lbs and it barely fits the sides of my legs when I'm sitting on the couch. My husband is 6'3" and 235 pounds and wouldn't be able to work for me. His. And when I was using it my Surface Pro wasn't very stable on it. I suppose if you have a heavier laptop you should be ok. In the end I returned it.
