I was eager to help an organization committed to empowering women by shopping at ELLEWIN because I am a fashion enthusiast. My experience, however, was by no means positive. There was a small diversity of clothing, both in terms of style and size. The jewelry and accessories were overpriced for the quality of them, and the shoes appeared cheap and uncomfortable. Additionally missing was the level of customer service, with rude and unhelpful employees who seemed uninterested in helping me. The items I got did not match the website's description, and shipping was slow and expensive. Overall, I found ELLEWIN to be very disappointing and would not suggest purchasing there. When it comes to providing high-quality goods and services, the business falls short of its claim that it empowers women through fashion.
