Review on BSIDE DC Current Clamp Meter 6000 Counts: Digital Multimeter 🔌 Amp Continuity Ohm Hz, Live Check V-Alert Voltage Tester with Back Clip by Eddie Burgess

I originally purchased this meter in July 2020. It worked flawlessly until the end of October 2020, then it just wouldn't turn on. Good to know that the manufacturer sent me a replacement quickly even though it was longer than the usual return period. Needless to say, I was impressed. Unfortunately, the "new" counter doesn't read at all. As shown in the attached photo, the "cheap" multimeter reads the battery voltage at 12V DC while the ACM91 does not read at all. It also didn't read an AC. This cannot be attributed to user error as I have used the first one successfully for three months. It's a shame because I really like this meter. Update: After reading my post, I heard from the manufacturer. They suggested reinserting the sensors because they were "difficult to insert." I followed her advice and plugged in until I felt a distinct "click". This solved the problem. I'm happy with the counter but I'm amazed at the responsiveness of the seller. You were amazing.
