I bought this to record my mother's life stories so my children can hear their grandmother's voice even when she's gone. I liked that it was easy to use, right out of the box. it was basically charged and ready to go. I like that it's small. It's a bit heavy, which I actually like because it's metal and not cheap plastic. I really like the password feature, although the numbers only go up to 20 to choose from. I also like that it has a lock feature so you can't accidentally delete something while it's in your purse or pocket. one record so far, but the sound is good! As I played my recording, I realized I really had to lower my voice a little because I sounded louder than I thought. Overall this is a good product and I am happy with my purchase.
