The team is very professional! They have been working together now for over 5 years in different projects which I am managing myself from time-to-time. Great communicator too (which makes things more easy since communication barriers can be reduced) - this has only improved their performance even further as they manage all communications effectively without any issues whatsoever at my end. When it comes to billing processes or invoicing there could definitely improve but not anything majorly wrong overall experience so far!! Excellent customer service department that solves problems proactively rather than reactively. I like the ease of use, the support and the fact that it is a platform that is constantly evolving and improving. Sometimes the process of creating a new page is a little long, but it's worth it. I recommend it. It's a good tool for creating and managing web pages. I can create new pages, edit and update them, and also manage the content without having to use the editor.
