I've plugged the display into the Raven printer and it seems to be working fine so far. There's a case for it on the Dingieverse. Good: DSI interface, so that power and data are transmitted via the ribbon cable (no extra HDMI cable etc.) Bad: The ribbon cable is NOT swapped at one end like all standard Raspberry PI cables. That means you have to buy an extension cord from the supplier if you need it (if they have it in stock, etc.). Or make your own. Here's how: - Buy another ribbon cable longer than you need (a Raspberry Pi cable will do) - It should have 1mm spacing, 15 pin extra length - cut slightly longer than you need in case you ruin something - use the tip of a SHARP blade, scrape the insulation off the side you want - apply several layers of tape to the back to ensure equal thickness (I measured 0.28mm) - trim the excess tape hanging off the sides - check if and it should work. Note: If you use a standard Raspberry Pi cable, expect it not to work (blank display) and also expect a burning smell. Electronics. Turn it off FAST and you'll be fine (I did!)
