If you want stereo speakers with good sound quality in a small box then spend a few bucks more on these output stereo version. I received this radio in a beautiful gift box. I loaded it up and started using it, realizing that the sound quality is actually better than expected. The stereo speakers offer great sound quality that most small portables like this don't have. It feels like a one piece unit. The battery lasts a long time and the FM reception is above average. The only downside I could think of is that the buttons could be more ergonomic in terms of size and placement. They would be a little easier to use if they were a little bigger and not so close together. Programmable favorite stations would also be a step forward. Built into the body of this little radio is a flashlight of low power and brightness which I find utterly useless. I suppose it might come in handy for vacationers or something. All in all, for a radio/bluetooth speaker/mp3 player that fits in your pocket and really has a sound quality that you can listen to for hours, this is a good buy and we recommend it.
