I installed a refurbished device from a local national network.
I installed a remanufactured unit from my local national parts store and it buzzed more than the one I took out. I spent the extra money on this new block and stopped whining. The vehicle is a 2005 Yukon XL SLT. The ACDelco website states that two units are suitable for this installation. One for the deluxe package and one that is not deluxe. I'm not sure what the deluxe pack is but my car doesn't have one. I think the deluxe pack is related to the sound system so it doesn't matter which one you install. I was able to install everything from above. As mentioned in other reviews, you will need a pulley removal/installation tool which I borrowed from one of my local car dealerships.
