I really like this airbrush but the one in the picture is not the one I have or according to the mix the one you get new is not the one in the photo. Mine had an aluminum back, a red o-ring, and the injectors weren't in little plastic containers. Also, I did not receive a 0.5mm needle/nozzle. When I first got my airbrush, it was hanging around in the box with everything else and rattling. The stickers fell off the injectors so it was possible to tell which was which. boring. Also, the rear aluminum handle wasn't threaded well, or maybe it's the threads on the nut holding the spine and spring nut, either way the handle pops out, slips off the threads first and then falls off. Something else. Lid. The cap isn't pretty, it's not slightly domed, and it's not as high quality as a real airbrush body. The whole nozzle was twisted too tight, too tight, not finger tightened at all. You have to be very careful not to scratch the chrome while using the pliers you will inevitably need to loosen the assembly. And if it wasn't for all that, I would give 5 stars. Because the airbrush itself, cup, button and interior assembly are excellent. Mac works great. The brush is straight. And when you look inside the mug you can see a very high quality finish, as well as the area around the button and the spring mechanism. In terms of performance, this is fantastic. Besides, the brush is not bulky, it is slim and thin, like a well-known Japanese brand. I know the plain brushes are pretty good, but their girth and weight are much greater than this one. When I hold it, it falls very well. I did a lot of work with this brush after I got it, I filed and adjusted the back to keep it in place and also reinstalled the needle holder limit screw on the back. I also left out the O-ring. After about an hour of work, everything came as it should and no longer falls off. I contacted Meeks about the missing needle and they shipped it to me for free. Therefore, Mix's customer service is top-notch and commendable. EDIT: Mix Warehouse have just updated their photos and the airbrush pictured now IS the one I received and will be shipping. Mix deserves respect I must say.
