Just got it in tonight, the sizing is definitely not accurate to the listing.
I measured around my stomach to be about 29 inches so I ordered a small, and I'm near the third to last buckle out of 8.
- Good Belt for leg day
- The belt may restrict movement while lifting, which is counterproductive for some exercises
