I just installed this on our 2011 Yaris sedan with a new trim kit. For the price this is a great item! It loads Android Auto perfectly and the instructions are clear. The sound quality is also better than a standard stereo. A few things to expect: Load times are a bit slow, but that doesn't bother me at all. The touchscreen is simple, with no finger dragging or scrolling. To hear calls through the car speakers, you need to disable USB and use the Bluetooth feature. Mounting holes may not work on all makes and models. Mine was a little off but I managed to get it working. Will be updated if something goes wrong. But I also got a three-year protection plan for an additional $20 just for that peace of mind.
