They did not attempt to build their own product before selling it.To start, screwing in the four screws for the tabletop was needlessly difficult. The metal cross sections interfere with the height of the provided screwdriver. The screws in general do not screw in snugly into those cheap plastic pieces they provide, so you have to use force at an angle. I didn’t have a shorter screwdriver for that size nor would my drill fit, so I ended up a "screwing” it in with pliers.Second, the only screws they don’t provide an extra for are the tips to connect under the table legs. Of course, one had a warped tread and would not screw in, even with pliers for extra grip. So with three functional ones, I had to opt to not use them at all.Lastly, the wood quality is sturdy enough to function as a table, but it definitely appears that one accidental impact will break it right in half. I wouldn’t buy this again for any price. I suggest checking out other options. Good luck.
