Review on Northside Boys Riverside Sandal Toddler Boys' Shoes in Sandals by Jon Ashra

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The top strap is VERY SMALL. Pay attention when choosing the size if your child has a (normal) wide child's foot

The box was crumpled, see photo. It did damage the product a bit but not too badly that it couldn't be worn, just some small superficial stains which don't really matter as they are made for toddlers and these stains within 3 minutes of application anyway show up on. HOWEVER, the landing was bad. To the point that I bought a size 7 shoe for my toddler who still fits in a size 6 and they were so small the skin of his feet got pinched on the top step and that's because that the velcro is so far away. can walk and is still securely fastened. As the box was crushed there is no practical way to return it and trying to track down the box, repackaging it, going to the post office to return it would be a ridiculous problem with young children. I understand the box is dented and slightly damaged can't be the fault seller. But packing the item for shipping is a problem. Throw a shoe box in a plastic bag and send an item with no packaging material which can easily break/split/break in half as it is foam and foam under pressure. It's a question for sellers. I think I will have to bear the loss for this item as due to the poor packaging it will not be difficult to return it although I can at least donate it and a child in a size 5 shoe may end up with a brand new pair of size 7 sandals. which fits perfectly. I'm really disappointed as I was looking forward to them coming with some of his outfits and getting lots of use (since we are in the desert). The shoes *really* look exactly like the photo and look high quality, that's 2 stars. although the front strap is too small and poor packaging makes it difficult to return.
