This came in very handy for me as I look after my adult sister with cerebral palsy on a daily basis. It is totally unambulatory and the two wedges I bought are of high quality and will last a long time. They serve as patient blinkers, patient stabilizers, patient bed wedges and good protection from bed rails in hospital beds. I put wedges on both sides of my sister's bed and they keep her feet from getting trapped by the bed's side rails at night. They are high quality and really do what they are supposed to do. Costs a little more than standard foam but costs a little more to get a more versatile product.
