The most useful thing is that it does all of this without any additional software or hardware needed from you as an organization (i think). There are some features which could be improved but I am sure they will come soon since gong has been around for quite sometime now with their product so its not too much worry about them going away anytime very fast! We have used many different call analytics softwares over time including Spreaker Call Analytics by Ringba etc we were using those ones before even knowing there exists such amazing tool called GONG!! Which i recently came know when my colleague asked me if he can use his previous employer account instead because our new one doesn't support live calls yet. It supports both incoming & outgoing calling feature along side other cool stuff like agent level reporting where agents get notified whenever someone dials into/out off specific.
