Great Product For All Your Outbound Process Needs

Easy access across various mediums like Phone call, Web conferencing etc.,Easy integration with other systems such as Salesforce CRM,Easily configurable dashboards for different roles within sales rep/customer experience. Good support from technical side also helps. Nothing much to dislike about this product so far. We are solving a problem of having all information at one place which is easily accessible by multiple employees, providing them real time feedback regarding their performance. It…

  • Great customer service helpdesk team who responded promptly helped in resolving queries quite well.
  • Integration & customization options available were good enough
  • Dashboard functionality was smooth!Good amount fo features supported without any issues or limitations
Cons
  • I would say some sort Of API that could be used over webservice

Great tracking ability & easy implementation

I like that it tracks conversations between our clients/ prospects as well as internal staff members within my organization who are interacting with them via chat or other online mediums such as Skype etc. It also gives me an insight into how they interact internally when conducting business which is very helpful for us all knowing where we need improvement upon! Nothing specific at this time but would be great if you can add some integrations so its easier than having people log onto different

Pros
  • Very easy interface, intuitive features & quick response times from customer support team in case there was any issues related specifically towards product usage by employees.
  • Integration capabilities through SFDC makes life much better while working remotely

The most useful thing is that it does all of this without any additional software or hardware needed from you as an organization (i think). There are some features which could be improved but I am sure they will come soon since gong has been around for quite sometime now with their product so its not too much worry about them going away anytime very fast! We have used many different call analytics softwares over time including Spreaker Call Analytics by Ringba etc we were using those ones…
