Easy access across various mediums like Phone call, Web conferencing etc.,Easy integration with other systems such as Salesforce CRM,Easily configurable dashboards for different roles within sales rep/customer experience. Good support from technical side also helps. Nothing much to dislike about this product so far. We are solving a problem of having all information at one place which is easily accessible by multiple employees, providing them real time feedback regarding their performance. It has greatly improved our overall productivity. Also it provides us visibility into activity performed by agents across channels.
