A few months ago I bought a box of 10 packs for $21. This time I thought I would buy a large pack. However, I received a small package (the same as the one in the 10 pack). Only one! I paid about $8 or $9 plus next day shipping for a total of $12 plus change! I immediately sent a message to customer service but have not yet received a response. At the same time that I placed an order, I also ordered a 4-pack of chicken flavor. Oddly enough, I paid the same price as the only package I received. So I went down the block from my cat's favorite treat to Walgreens and bought a large box of Temptations cat treats for $3.99 plus tax. My cat loves them! You won't pay $8 or $9 for a small packet of goodies anymore. For me it's not worth it.
