Review on πŸ” Analyzing Engine Performance: The AEM (30-4110) UEGO Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge by Blake Mannasseh

Revainrating 5 out of 5

NEVER BUY AEM! in Gauge Sets

I bought it in 17 and only built the car this year so of course the warranty was expired at the time of installation. Worked great for a month and then died. I tried replacing the O2 sensor with 3 different new devices from 2 different manufacturers before deciding it must be the sensor itself. I called AEM and they told me it would cost $70 to ship it back to them for an out of warranty repair. I paid them and mailed it to them (at my own expense) and waited over a month before they emailed me saying it was fine and they sent it back blaming my O2 sensor . They did not refund my money or respond to further emails about the issue when I asked them to explain or offer me a "good" O2 sensor when they insisted that whatever I bought have, be bad. So I lost $70 plus the cost of the original unit, not to mention all the labor involved in installing and now removing the sensor and sending it back to inventory.

Pros
  • Great Construction
Cons
  • No Automatic
