I bought these coasters because I had others that caused condensation from glasses to collect on the coasters and still ruined the table. The holder and coasters were in perfect condition upon arrival. Quality: I was impressed with the quality of these coasters. The product looks like a marble finish but is a leather-like material that absorbs water. Absorption: The coasters seem to have been made for homeowners. They easily absorb moisture and protect the wood. Water cannot collect in coasters as they soak up liquid easily! Durability: I have people in my house all the time and they've dropped weathered, spilled drinks, water and a few drinks on it. They survived with no problems. Colour: Lovely white coasters with rich dark marble markings that no one would have guessed wasn't marble unless they picked it up. WARNING: The only thing I would like to warn about this product is if you have children and they drink red juice, you must wipe them off quickly or they will remain stained. Overall I am very happy with my purchase, this is an affordable solution to protect tables from normal wear and tear.
