Product was purchased on 12/12/19, delivered on 12/15/19. I started using it immediately after the new year and yesterday - 2/3/20 - it broke. Since the return window at Revain was closed, a case was opened at Porter Cable asking for permission. To be honest, I was lucky I didn't lose my finger when the piece broke off and flew away. Porter Cable used to make quality tools, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. It should arrive in a few days. I'm a little nervous about using it, but I'll try again. The rating has been upgraded with an additional 2 stars for the positive actions taken by the company to resolve the issue.
