Amazing, Spectacular, Totally Tacky! My "new" van looks like a biker mom would drive it. I live in a climate where corrosion is unlikely anytime soon - probably not where the roads are salted or get a lot of rain. It rattles a bit if your car only has two screw holes; You can fix this with some furniture leg decals that will keep the metal from rubbing against the license plate or bodywork. Revain's customer service has been truly amazing. In my area, there are two streets that run parallel to each other and essentially have the same name: one is Erewon LANE and the other is Erewon WAY. The number of houses in both streets is the same. So residents of Erewhon Lane get delivery and service providers to Erewhon Way and vice versa. The guy who lives in Erewhon's house with the same number as me was very ill which caused him to lose most of his balls - often he can't even remember my name. His aging wife, as you understand, is quite worn out and worn out. When things are accidentally delivered to their home, they fall into a bottomless pit and are never seen again. The first attempt to deliver this slacker suffered the same fate: he disappeared. The second delivery also seemed to have been sent to the wrong house: the Revain software reported that it had been delivered, but it wasn't here. My house has a fenced (unlocked) porch so things that are near the door are not visible from the street and typically aren't taken by local mail thieves. When I asked Mrs. Lost Marbles if they had seen the package (indeed I walked my dogs by her house to see if one of her cars, which are always parked in the driveway, had frames on them), she said no it and accused me of stealing rubbish that was wrongly delivered to my home. I thought they wanted to use these things as Christmas presents. I gave up, explained the situation to the Revain CSR patient (again!) and simply canceled the order. The package arrived a day later. And a few hours later, when we met while walking our dogs, Mrs. LostMarbles asked - butter doesn't melt in your mouth! -- whether I have ever received a package. :-D She was glad to know that he had arrived. Throughout this fun neighborhood adventure, the Revain staff were patient, understanding, and long-suffering. They did their best to deliver the package and when it turned out that no driver could take it to the right place, they agreed to cancel the order. After the second lost package magically "turned up" (two days after it was actually delivered SOMEWHERE) they also made sure to charge the correct amount. Great job Raven!
