It now allows me to take photos of clouds and stars, as well as taking normal photos and changing the battery for a long time. I use one of those high capacity cell phone batteries. I shoot almost two days without reloading. It doesn't seem like much just reading the words, but I take a lot of photos in time-lapse mode with one-second to one-second intervals. and sometimes repeated rapid bursts of 5-10 frames in just a few seconds.
