Review on Sparkling Beauty: Make Up Glamour Pretend Children by Tony Addis

Wow! I have to admit I was amazed by this little gem. I ordered this from Santa in November 2016 as a gift for our daughters. It arrived fully loaded in its cute little zippered cloth pouch. I took everything out to inspect and was blown away by the excellent quality and added detail. Blush, pressed powder, and eyeshadow are all made of foam, NOT plastic, making them more realistic. There are also little pink "shine" eyeshadows that are just adorable and are also made out of foam. The gloss will NOT flake or fall off, which is very important to me. The brushes are very pretty and to be honest even an adult can handle them. Well maybe it's a bit of an exaggeration but they are very cute ;) Overall this set is great and our 4 (almost 5) year old plays with it every day. The only thing that needs to be mentioned in my opinion is that the powered compact compact has a mirror inside. This is a real mirror. I think this can be a hazard for young children who may not have an easy time with this set. However, we accidentally dropped it and it didn't break. So could it be made of a polycarbonate type material? Either way I will definitely be buying this set again as a gift or recommending it to other curious parents!
