Not for Spotlight Pro 3!
I have these cables for both my Arlo Ultra 4k and my newest Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight. They work great with Ultra 4k cameras but not with Spotlight. Arlo seems to be getting greedy and apparently the headlight only works with overpriced Arlo cable (Arlo cable is $50!). In the photo, the top camera is a spotlight and the bottom is an Ultra 4k camera - both using the same cables. but as you can see, unless you're using an Arlo-branded outdoor cable ($50, of course!), the headlight turns off. It's not Wasserman's fault, Arlo is just getting greedy and doesn't want its loyal customers using a third-party cable. Cable. I will definitely get a spotlight review for it!
