Review on 🔧 261-Piece TAILUG Thread Repair Kit: HSS Drill Helicoil Repair with SAE & Metric Sizes, Drill Threaded Inserts, Screw Tap Installation, and Break Tool by Jimmy Breaux

While I haven't had the opportunity to use real tools yet, I felt the need to review my first impressions upon opening my new toolbox. Excitement quickly turned to frustration and anger when I opened it up and saw all the small parts (threaded inserts/spools) spilling all over the place along with some of the tools. The small plastic containers inside weren't glued at all and they don't stick together very well so half of those exposed bits spilled all over the place. About 1/3 of the drills, taps and other tools inside were also loosened. The plastic lining of the case, where all the tools are located, is not very high quality. it captures well, maybe 2/3 of the instruments. others must be taped in place unless you want to sort them out every time you use the product. I paid extra for a kit that can be kept and made easily accessible when needed, and now I have to paint a "caution when opening" notice at the top to make sure I didn't drop a few small pieces of metal into the engine bay have. or the engine if I use the damn thing. I hope the tools really work, otherwise I'll have to go back to edit the review. However, opportunity aside, it seems like a great set for the money.
