I bought this bag for my wife. Revane got it cheaper than Macy's where she saw it in person and told me she wanted it for her birthday. Neither of us really cared about the black and tan brushes, so we removed them. They are simply attached to the strap. Nice and roomy and a bit smaller than what she used before. She is happy and that makes me happy!
