It works (not bad), but there's definitely better value out there.
I used this ink with styrofoam sheets in art class. I ordered this one to save a few bucks on Speedball or Sax True Flow (the ink I've used in the past). In comparison, these inks are much oilier and much more difficult to get a smooth and even finish with them. I mean, it does the trick in a pinch - it transmits, at least - but the other two brands mentioned proved to be much better, much cleaner lines and better coverage. I'd rather get a *significantly* better product for my money, even if it costs a few bucks more.
