This bulb claims 1100 lumens which is probably close to reality; It's also advertised at 3000K, but I think it's bluer and brighter, especially when compared to other more expensive bulbs that claim the same color profile. looking for a good replacement for the (discontinued) Philips EcoVantage Halogen BR40 70W that emits 1225 lumens with a great 2810K color profile; ideal for bathroom, kitchen and living room ceilings, with a very warm, natural color profile and perfectly dimmable. It's not like this. This lamp is at least dimmable with mechanical or "smart" dimmers like those found in the Lutron line; it starts normally even at the lowest possible input voltage; however, its starting power is roughly equivalent to a 40-watt incandescent lamp; Another total failure compared to halogen and incandescent lamps, which can hardly glow with the same minimum voltage. Also, they don't change the color profile (much) during the power outage, so the traditional lower = warmer expectations just don't hold up. met. I can use them in work areas but I'm still looking for true 2700-2900 LEDs and lower trigger points for dimmers.
