Be careful when removing plastic from cartridges
When I removed the packaging around the Cayan cartridge I discovered that a puddle of ink had gotten into the unopened packaging. So when I removed the plastic, the spilled ink was all over my fingers and the floor. What a mess. I never thought lightning would strike the same spot twice, but the same thing happened when I opened up Magenta. I lost quite a bit of ink from both cartridges.
